jerc (3861), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Sep 14, 2005 Pale golden body, small fluffy white head. Fruity aroma with notes of apple juice and muted peach. Very slight sour notes. Falvour is fairly sweet, moderate peach flavours. Leaves a sugar coating on the mouth, and a very slight lingering tartness. Medium smooth but saccharine palate. Refreshing at times, but too sweet. RAYBOY01 (1812), Chicago, Illinois, USA Sep 4, 2005 Very strong fake peach syrupy flavor and no discernable lambic elements. Simple question, why is this beer? Drew (2406), Kent, Ohio, USA Sep 1, 2005 On tap at Buckeye. Pale, hazy peach. Nice peach, apple and vanilla aromas. Sweet with less tartness than many lambics. Finish was sweet, this would be great with some fresh homemade cobbler. ratman197 (3135), Arvada, Colorado, USA Aug 8, 2005 On tap @ the Falling Rock poured a cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma of peaches. Flavor was peach with a tart finish. veronika (410), Sweden Aug 8, 2005 Golden, small white head. Peach, vanilla and cognac aroma. Flavor from peach and citrus, some vanilla notes. Sweet finish Terminus (1955), Las Cruces, New Mexico, USA Aug 4, 2005 Gold with a very thin head only around the rim. Aroma on mine was yeast like, but the taste jumps out with tons of peach and apple. Aftertaste is sweet and full of sugar and does beg for another sip. Tasty lambic in my book. rlgk (3377), Vårgårda, Sweden Jul 30, 2005 Hazy golden, almost no head. Very sweet fruity aroma with peach, apples and pineapples. Sweet peach flavor, mild and with some bitterness. Refreshing but quite sweet. Sten (288), Westerlo, Belgium Jul 27, 2005 A taste of fresh peaches, sugar and a bit of a sour undertone. A tasty beer but they added a bit to much sugar, this is really sweet. The 37.5cl corked bottle is a bit more sour than the 25cl one. (Corked Bottle 37.5cl, Bottle 25cl)
