Mar 22, 2005 Probably the weekest and my least favorite. Not bad looking. Light pink with champagne-like bubbles. The aroma and flavor was all wine cooler. Nothing really lambic-like. Easy to drink, though.

Mar 5, 2005 This is a terrible lambic. Nothing sour about it. It tasted like sucking on a jolly rancher, and my girlfriend (a non-beer drinker) agreed. Terrible attempt. Sweet as can be.

Feb 28, 2005 sampled this from a friend the otherday....think she drank every lindemans the bar had. quite opposite of the cassis wich is over the top tart, this is peachy sweet. apple, peach, . reminds me of the juice from canned peaches with some carbonation added. crisp and ripe to the end

Feb 12, 2005 Good golden color, lively in the glass. Sweet peach aromas, which then will not suprise you in the taste. Still, this is one sweet lambic. As a result, it has a syrupy finish I didn’t care for. Otherwise, the peach flavor fares well. There is little bready yeast to complement it in the beer.

Bottle, at Benny. Yellow with white head, nice lacings. White head, quickly gone. Sweet aroma and flavor, acidic finish. Like Duchesse de Bourgogne added sweet peche and apple. 3-3-2-3-6/1,7.

Jan 31, 2005 lightly murky dark golden color, greyish tan fluffy head with medium last. aroma of peach soda, light yeast. flavor is very sweet peach, high carbonation, and slightly sour for balance. a bit of yeasty funkiness. 2.5% abv?? tastes as strong as the others by lindeman’s but the alcohol is much lower.

Jan 29, 2005 Bottle... hazy orange ale with a very small, white head. Spotty lacing. Fruity aroma and flavor. Overly sweet, as with all Lindemans beers except Cuvee Rene. Very tart, peachy and tasty though. Very full-bodied for a 2.5% ABV brew. As with Lindemans other beers, this one is fun to drink. Only lindemans could make something so close to a malternative taste so good. Just enough tartness to keep the peace. Medium carbonation. Lengthy, sweet-tart finish.
