Cornfield (4892), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA Dec 14, 2004 Updated: Sep 4, 2005This is the most drinkable of the fruit lambics that I’ve tried, but I’m not thrilled. Nice golden-orange color with a short-lived soapy white head and little carbonation. This smells peachy, obviously, with a little tartness. That’s how it tastes, too. But, why?

DKlovesbeer (172), Sarasota, Florida, USA Dec 11, 2004 Wow! This beer has a lightly carbonated hazy golden body with peachy highlights. The clean, white head is small and quickly dissipates but looks great while it lasts. Flavor is fruity and sweet but not cloying. Notes of wine, peach, and malt combine to create a flavor that is satisfying but leaves you wanting more. This beer has a very fruity, vinous palate and a Champagne like character. Finishes with a sweet tickle and some notes of cork. Overall, this is a festive beer to serve in a Champagne glass. I plan on serving some at Christmas and some more on New Year’s Eve. Outstanding! BeerandBlues2 (3198), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA Dec 10, 2004 Pours cloudy yellow with a thin white head and some fair lacing. Aromas of oak, malt, and peach. Flavor is peach with malt tones. Palate is fizzy an drefreshing. Lou18 (1353), West Paterson, New Jersey, USA Nov 25, 2004 Not as good, I don’t like peach. Very well made. Good peach(?) color and head. Nice finish. beaconstreet (811), Washington DC, USA Nov 13, 2004 Fantastic! Was bracing myself to experience my first Lambic, but this was a welcome treat right off the first sip. I would love to savor this with a good dinner. Peaches on palate, sweet but not crossing that line where they taste Jolly Rancher-style artifical. Bubby a bit. Nice looking in proper flute glass when served on tap at the Gaslight. I look forward to more. Jine (889), Nutley, New Jersey, USA Nov 13, 2004 On tap at The Gaslight. Well. ...this is like the densest dankest peach taste ever. If you aren’t interested in having peach tasting beer, then go home and stop SABOTAGING me. Good stuff if on the weak side. GeniusGirl (221), Boston, Massachusetts, USA Nov 6, 2004 bottle. first from the beligian beer fest. bottle. aroma of fresh peaches and champagne... light and bubbly, sweet but still very drinakble... after taste of marmalade crazyvin (1245), New York, USA Nov 2, 2004 poured lightly golden orange color sparkly and light.
