thejon375 (390), Tampa, Florida, USA Mar 26, 2009 Not bad. Marcie’s favorite if you ever see her buy her one. Good mild peach flavor with a semi-sweet finish. lithy (1600), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA Mar 24, 2009 Clear golden with a thin white ring and a slightly fleshy peach skin aroma. Taste is a nice peach fruit and hard candy with a slight oak lambic sour hidden underneath. unclemike (834), Ft. Riley, Kansas, USA Mar 22, 2009 wife bought this for herself but had to try it label not the same Pours reminiscent of apple juice and clear orange candy. Decently carbonated head with suds lacing. The nose is dead on for fresh peaches. Flavors are of peach syrup with a high citric acid content. The mouthfeel is crisp, carbonated syrup. Great for dessert, as it exhibits a significant candy effervescence. Yves (989), Beerse, Belgium Mar 15, 2009 Clear goldblond coloured beer with small white head. Sweet fruity aroma. Full palate slightly sparkling. Finish is sweet and balanced. gracefullypunk (272), Washington, USA Mar 15, 2009 Pale amber in colour, plenty of carbonation. Should be using a narrower glass. Initial sweet, peachy-smell (of course) but with an underlying sour--yet not unpleasant--note. The tingly carbonated feeling occurs in the front of the mouth but it’s nice and smooth after. The initial taste is sweet but has a bit of a bitter linger. Jsawyer (282), Glenside, Pennsylvania, USA Mar 3, 2009 Bottle. Poured translucent gold with a white foamy head. Aroma was sour lambic, then sweet peach, vinegar, and slightly vinous. Flavor was sweet peach up front but not artificially sweet or sugary, tart, vinegar, spicey yeast, fruity esters, and sour on the back of the tongue. Palate was smooth though carbonation was somewhat bubbly. Finished somewhat vinegary in the throat. sebletitje (1880), Tampa, Florida, USA Feb 28, 2009 Tap at OTH.
Pours hazy golden with thin white head.
Aroma is just full with peach with a nice sweet aroma.
Taste, very fruity, simple yet very refreshing. Has very little notes of sourness, but remains highly sweet.
Medium body, plainly refreshing. Not too complex, but just a fine easy to drink beer.
BOLTZ7555 (1053), Phoenix, Arizona, USA Feb 26, 2009 14 karat pour with a bit of an apricot hue and a decent 1/4 inch white head...even a little lacing. Aroma is Del Monte fruit cocktail syrup, artificial peach extract, and a hint of lemon zest. Extremely sugary; tooth rot in a bottle, really. Sourness only finds the palate at the bitter end.
