Nicely carbonated. Was the first lambic I have tried. Very dominating yeast aroma. Nice golden color specs of fruit/yeast left floating in glass. Very sweet taste. Almost to sweet for my liking. Very surypy on the palate. Overall a decent beer but too sweet.

Ma bière fruitée préférée. Appréciée par les hommes comme par les femmes. Une bière qui convertira même les plus réticent(e)s aux délices de la bière. Je l'adore ! A boire sans modération :) ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

37.5cl bottle. 28 Apr 2016. Pours a pale gold colour with a tall, frothy, loosely packed head which quickly reduced to a ring, leaving only a little lacing. Aroma of peaches, cider and musty earthiness. Medium sweetness and a pleasant tartness. Medium bodied, smooth, spritzy and a pleasing tart finish. I was a bit apprehensive about trying this one but I found it quite enjoyable. 8.

Drink cold (8-10°C) Eye: pours a hazy, golden to copper color with a small quickly dissipating white head and medium carbonation. Nose: peaches, apricots, passionfruit, citrus notes, candy (gummy bears), a little bit like cider and slightly hoppy. Mouth: peaches, passionfruit, red currant, strawberries, rimuss Palate: peaches, apricots, melon, a little bit sour and nutty in the end Overall: quite complex in the nose but all in all just a decent drink. almost cider like not really a beer though because of its sweetness.

Golden color. Peach juice. Plain peach juice. No funk and no tartness. Meh. Not a nice lambic.

Orange colour with a small dark white head. Smells of peach and caramel sugar. Good carbonation with a light slick texture and medium body. Very sweet with a medium finish.

355 mL bottle poured. Pours a clear copper color with no head. Wet peachy fruit and grain aroma. Flavor is overwhelming sugary peach candy flavor. Kinda reminds me of the peach rings candy. I don’t know, I always end up enjoying these fruit beers a lot. Sweet peach and apricot lingers. Enjoyable beer for sure.

DATE TASTED: February 14, 2015... GLASSWARE: Samuel Adams Infinium flute... OCCASION: Valentine’s Day drinking with the most champagne-like of beers... APPEARANCE: light body of a wheat ale or cider, with subtle effervescence and slightly hazy; fizzy white head holds steady to a half-inch of significantly creamy, clouding to-finger smear; ... AROMA: immediate peach, a basket in each nostril, with secondary apple and yeasty funk not polluting the overall experience... PALATE: soft as flower petals; dry at its end, with some bubbly flourish; creamy, reasonably bodied for a lambic...TASTE: sweet and strong peach, with a metallic, earthy base that gives the experience backbone; easily sippable, with hints of orange peel, mango and tartness.....OVERALL: a perfect compliment to the levity of the day; specialized flavor for special occasions--slightly pricey but enjoyable...

Peach aroma. Clear amber, thin head. Very sweet peach flavor, tangier on the back end. Medium body, soft carbonation, nicly tangy. Quite pleasurable.
