Bottle. Clear light light amber color with a small fizzy fair lacing mostly diminishing off-white head. Aroma is pear. Flavor is moderate sweet (fruitsweet and light fruitacidic) with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. Very refreshing ..
3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 Ungstrup (26250) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - APR 3, 2004
The aroma is of peach, wild fermentation and hints of dust and metal. The color is beutiful, somewhere between pink and orange (maybe peach?) and the head is beutiful too. The flavor is very sweet (a bit too sweet for my liking) but on a sour background. The sourness draws the mouthwater. In the end it turns somewhat dry and leaves you with a strong peach flavor.
3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 yespr (25932) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - SEP 13, 2007
25 cL bottle. Pours slight hazy orange with a lacing off-white head. Apple nose, slight peach fruity and a classic lambic note too. Sweet, citric into a mellow peach sweet finish. Has faint notes of wood along the way. Overall an extremely sweet beer.
2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 Papsoe (25131) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUN 6, 2005
(Bottle 25 cl) Orange coloured (apricot) with a small head. Light and refreshing with very strong peach flavour (can this really be just natural juices?). But sweet - too sweet. Consider this as an alternative to icet ea or sodapop - it hasn’t got much to do with beer. 200997

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Dedollewaitor (12287) - Odense, DENMARK - NOV 1, 2007
This was way better than expected. Golden orange wtih a fine head & lacings. Fruity sweet peach in the aroma with just a pleasant sour note. Very fruity taste with a good amount of sour to balance the high sweetness.
2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 fiulijn (12179) - Malmö, DENMARK - MAY 5, 2004
Copper color. Nice fruity aroma, maybe artificial, but pleasant; it reminds me some teas with fruits and flowers (peach, mango, strawberry, violets…). Soft drink, sweet and fruity (strawberry and raspberry), with a light lemon sourness at the end, and nothing showing the beer. Maybe at the very end, the final, is reminding more the beer. An easy drink, but quite well done anyway.
2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 MiP (12136) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - MAR 11, 2010
Bottle, 2.5%. Sweet and tart aroma, smells as if there is real lambiek in there. Clear dark golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is very sweet, tastes what must be peach syrup. There is a little lambiek flavour underneath, hint of mold and other nice things, but totally overshadowed by the sweetness.
