| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Apr 4, 2004 Tall foamy white head on a dark golden orange body. Peach and wild fermentation in the aroma - dry and fresh. Flavor is sweet at first but develops to a nice sourness (of wild fermentation). Very fruity (peaches) with a dry finish. A really nice and fresh beer and incredible complex and flavorful considering the low ABV! Pailhead (2610), Allen Park, Michigan, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | May 22, 2005 Bottle: Peach aromas with no lambic qualities there. Pours a transparent gold with a small white head. Flavor is all sweet peach. There is minimal tartness if any at all. Sweeter than even the kriek or framboise due to lack of tartness. This should fall under the fruit beer category as opposed to a lambic. It is drinkable and refreshing which is suprising to me since I’m not a peach fan. Nate (2575), Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA
| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 16/20 | May 27, 2003 Smells like a mix of fresh & frozen peaches. Musky notes of peach skins & pits - but also a bit of floral notes (roses). Peach-rose hued clear liquid with very little head. White lacing veil. Medium effervescence with silky watery body. Very sweet throughout. Starts with tart peach essence and roses. Finish is still sweet, almost saccharin. After is like peach skins, fuzzy & sweet. Decent lambic, but not as good as the raspberry. The amoma I detected was that of losing my guts behind the Iowa Cafe the day after many samples at a beer fest. Has a good peach flavor that was a plesant surprise concidering the aroma.. Glad the flavor plaesed me because otherwise this would of been awefull. dwyerpg (2553), Las Vegas, Nevada, USA

Mostly, this reminds me very strongly of apple juice. Perhaps some peaches at the finish, but not as pretty of a beer as their other lambics. If this was as cheap as apple juice, it would be great, but it’s not. pivo (2537), Germany
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 5/5 | 15/20 | Sep 23, 2002 Smells like a peach cobbler – spicey and yeasty nose. Hazy orange color a lacey head. Sugary sweet taste – like a Lifesaver. Peach taste dominates. Dry,chalk-like finish. Good mix of sweet and sour, but perhaps a little too sweet. Very smooth and good. Nice after dinner beer that would be great served with chocolate. kramer (2530), Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Feb 6, 2007 12 oz bottle, gift from a friend. Pours a mostly clear dark gold body under a small very fizzy white head that receded to a patchy film. Aroma is hugely sweet and sugary with lots of peach syrup. A little bit of musty cork as well. Flavor is super sugary sweet, almost bracingly so, up front. The finish is exactly like chewing on peach rings with a light tangy tinge. Mouthfeel is sticky and cloying with very fine fizzy carbonation, almost champagne like. Well, this is what it is. Lambic? I guess so, just a shitty one.
