Aroma is like hermetic peaches and flowers with yeast. Flavor is very sweet and fruity with a little Bret lurking in the background. The body is not watery considering only 2,5% ABV, but probably caused by the extreme sweetness. Might be considered refreshing with the acidity level in smaller amount, but ending up much to sweet. Still a lot better than fake ciders (tickerjuice). LinusStick (1861), Moon Twp, suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | May 15, 2008 A typical Lindemans fruit lambic. Aroma was suprisingly weak. Peach and apple mostly. Pour was a nice light gold with a huge 3 finger white head. Taste was a little weak as well. Sweet fruit and nice bubbly carbonation. Didn’t really taste peach in this, but more pear and apple. Sugary sweet aftertaste. lithy (1860), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA

Taste is a nice peach fruit and hard candy with a slight oak lambic sour hidden underneath. Crosling (1856), Loveland, Colorado, USA
| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 1/10 | 1/5 | 5/20 | Dec 23, 2004 Light in color, mostly resembling orange with a small head of foam. An appealing aroma of peaches (mainly skins), butter toffee, sugar and apple seeds. Horribly sweet and cloying. Unbelievably unbareable. Grainy, sugary and a taste that scarcely resembles the fruit depicted on its label. Terrible. Sham (1846), Seattle, Washington, USA

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jan 11, 2005 Decent frothy white head. Light carbonation. Reduces pretty quickly. Slightly cloudy peach/amber in color. Fruity aroma with peaches, pears and a hint of spruce. Reminds me of a very fresh cut christmas tree. Soft in the mouth. Light fruit flavor with more peaches. Little sweet with very little sourness. Very slightly tart finish with a bit of a pasty aftertaste. Very easy drinking and a good thirst quencher. A decent lambic. thornecb (1822), Marblehead, Massachusetts, USA
