Aug 27, 2007 Pours a sparkling gold with a white frothy head. Aroma of sweet peach and apple. Medium-bodied, effervescent and relatively dry for such a sweet beer. This beer tastes much like a sweet champagne punch. Tart, sweet and crisp with dry peach and apple notes. Ironically, I found the apple note just as pronounced as the peach, if not more so. Perhaps I sampled an "off" bottle, but I didn’t get the bold peach nectar flavors that others describe in their ratings.

Dec 29, 2007 Updated: Apr 16, 200812fl oz heavy bottle. Fizzy and very sweet tasting, especially after 5 or 6 tasteless lagers. 2.5% is very upsetting, they could of hid a lot more alc with all that flavor.

Oct 6, 2001 Crisp, golden colour. Peachy/earthy aroma. Spritzy mouthfeel, thin palate, and delicate peach flavour. Well done!!

Aug 12, 2008 Some weak cover mild carbonation,light gold coloured drink.Aroma perfumed peach.hopiness,musky.Flavour peach ooh la la!! wow what a mouthfull,musky ,slight bitter,a touch of sourness,good body.Finish bitter/sweet lasting taste.

Dec 21, 2009 2009 Bottle - Pours thick and clear orange with a medium white head...aroma is sticky and sweet lactic peach skins...flavour is the same, more funk than other Lindemans bottles, and the acid tries to cut thru it, but the syrupy feel and taste are still distracting and make it difficult to drink a full glass...

Aug 30, 2004 Updated: Apr 10, 2005First ever lambic. I thought I’d ease into the style with a fruit one, first. I was expecting something more like vinegar, to be honest, but was nicely surprised. Color was that of ruby red grapefruit juice with a nice effervescene, similar to a fruit soda. The smell instantly made me think of cherry fruit snacks, with hints of peach sneaking in, as well as some yeast and musty malt. Very sweet/tart in the nose, and on first taste the same. There were some bold malts sneaking through. It came across as really quite sweet, with a sugar candy taste, but also like a mixed drink that uses peach schnapps. Like another user said, it could stand more of the tart in order to balance the sweet. Tasted a lot like Chinese sweet/sour sauce or duck sauce. Rather interesting and fruity.
