Lovely peach aroma. Unfortunately although I don’t mind sweet fruit beers, I found this overly sweet.

There’s not a lot of tartness in this one but anyone looking for that clearly doesn’t understand what this beer is trying to be. It’s peach, peach, peach. Plenty of fruit and very aromatic. Quite sweet, yes, but this wouldn’t be nearly as exciting if it were.

UPDATED: DEC 26, 2014 Interesting taste, very, very peachy nose and flavour. Nice acid taste but again wayyyy too sweet as all the Lindemans fruity beers for me. This one being the sweetest... I’m curious to try the apricot from Cantillon that I just bough and see the difference! Nice if you don’t like beer though! Or if you want something different...

375ml bottle. The pale golden colour of this makes it look more of a pale ale in my glass then a lambic. Overly sweet in the aroma with few aspects of what this style should be like. Faint peaches and apricots are present in the aroma and flavour but there is just to much damn sugar added to this. Not much better then the Chapeau "lambics" if you ask me, although as least this one is drinkable. Not the most enjoyable lambic out this for sure.

Drank from a bottle. Very much like a juice. A really, really good juice. The taste is peachy.

750ml bottle at Winnemucca Pizzaria. Pours a yellow amber color with a lot of frothy head. Peach aroma. Very pronounced peach flavor.

Bottle. Golden pour with white head. Sweet peach ring candy aromas. Sweet candy peach, that’s it.

Pours slightly hazy pale amber with one finger of loose white head diminishing rapidly to a thin cap, moderate lacing. (4/5) Nose is moderate peach, definite wild yeast lambic funk. (8/10) Taste is moderate to strong sweet, strong tart sourness. (8/10) Medium body, moderate sustained carbonation, tart finish. (4/5) Huh. I wasn’t expecting to like this one as much as the Framboise, but I think if anything I like it a little more. The peach flavour is definitely present, and both tastes like real fruit with no artificial overtones, and makes the sweetness palatable, but is not so strong as to max the funky lambic aromas. This one smells and tastes more like a straight lambic than the Framboise does, to good effect. The tart and funk make this a lovely little afternoon sipper, even with the low ABV. I’m liking this one a whole lot! (16/20)
