Backlogged rating from several months ago. On draft at Beer Revolution. It pours a hazy golden, dark orange color with no head. The aroma is bready, malty and lightly tart with stone fruit, yeast and spice. The flavor is very tart with peaches, pineapple, apricots, citrus peel and almonds. Lots of prickly spice and noticeable alcohol. Hints of phenolics on the back end. A little bready. Full bodied with light oak. Very interesting and well made.

Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Yeast and earthy aroma with tartness and light fruit. Tart and yeast flavor with appricot and light spice. Medium bodied. Tartness and appricots linger with yeast and light spice.

On tap. Clear dark orange with a small fizzy white head. Nice caramel, light green apple, and apricot aroma and taste with a pleasant tartness and a nice burst of cherry flavors at the end and some vanilla notes. Nice.
