Bügelverschlußflasche: Pale golden. cloudy, bigger - quite quickly collapsing - fluffy white head; distinctive sweetish peachy-peary nose with a light yeasty touch; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; lingering fruity-hoppy finish with a nice malty base. Fine stuff........

Wässriger Hopfenantrunk mit einer Getreidenote, die als milde Basis dient. Der Hopfen wird dann auch nicht stärker sondern nimmt schnell ab und ist ab dem Mittelteil auf sleber höhe wie eine dumpfe Bitterkeit. Wenig dunkel grasig, süffig. Geht so. 10/8/8/8/9/8

Bottled (thanks bov!). Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is wheat, spices, earth and herbs. Flavour is fruits, earth, spices and herbs. Tastes quite much like a witbeer or something.

Hazy yellow color, small white head, lace. Grainy, a bit citrusy aroma. Light palate. Kind of witbier feeling here. Citrusy, grains, coriander-like spiceyness. Funny Zwickel tasting like Witbier. Not bad.

Light light unclear medium yellow orange color, sparkling, with a large to huge, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, moderate hoppy, tart citrus, light to moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, light light acidic and moderate to heavy bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100320]

50 cL bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is dry phenolic and mild yeasty fruity. Citric and fruity yeasty. Mild citrusy hops flavoured too, crisp bitterness coming through. Citric and bitter into a dry finish.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a huge bubbly white head. The aroma has notes of lemon and straw, as well as some dusty hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemon, hay, and hops, leading to a quite bitter finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a very lively, rough white head. Malty aroma with yeast and vitamin notes. Medium body, malty with an odd dusty hoppiness. Dry and bitter finish. 200310

(swing top bottle, courtesy of Allen – thanks!) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a huge foamy white head. Sweet and yeasty, distinctively fruity aroma of peaches and pear, combined with a fine malty sweetness and light flowery hoppy notes. Moderately sweet flavour, a bit slim bodied with a lively carbonation. Yeasty and fruit-accented taste with a mild malt- and hop-character; slightly yeasty and fizzy fruity and soft malty finish with a little fizz. Aromatic and pretty rounded brew. 28.XII.09

Sampled at the "1. Treffen der Aargauer Bierbrauer". Pleasant nose with nice hops showing up. Good taste. Candy sugar in the finish. Plenty of character.
