bottle from Bierzwerg. Clear copper colour, large off-white head, very persistent and creamy. Rather hoppy nose, character of a Heller bock in the aroma. Full-bodied, shy malty base with a nice hop prifle in the center of attention. Herbal, grassy, very slightly resiyn hops dominate over a nice malty base with hints of biscuits and honey. Dry mouthfeel.

It’s dark-golden with a huge, creamy head, and the aroma has notes of light butterscotch, malt, caramel and bread. The flavour is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, light butterscotch and bread; it’s a nice boch with a dry finish.

0.5 l bottle. Copper to amber color with quickly vanishing head. Sweetish bready aroma with plenty of higher alcohol. Sweetish flavor with toffee, nuts bread and smooth fruity alcohol and white wine. Strong fermentation flavors.

My first beer from this brewery.
Clear amber-copper color, big off-white head. Malty, slightly caramelly nose. Medium-bodied. Oily, slick mouthfeel. Light caramel, alcohol, minerals and sweetish maltyness in the flavor. Some lingering herbal hoppyness in the aftertaste. Easy to drink bock, clean and ok.

Bottled. A golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of grain, malt, and straw. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of grain and straw.

The bottle looks normal, the beer in the glass is copper coloured, sweet and alcoholic aroma. Tastes strong and sweet, modest alcoholic. Round and balanced finish. Thats the way a heller bock has to taste!

50 cL bottle. Pours dark orange and hazy with no head. Malty and slight fruity nose. Flavour is mild malty with slight herbal note. Thick malty flavour into the finish, no bitterness.

Bootle. Hazy deep orange colour. Sweet caramel and malty bit alco aroma. Quite sweet, caramel toasted malt, bitter hops and alcohol in the flavour.
