On draught at the brewpub. Cloudy pale orange colour. Creamy, yummy head. Estery nose with clove dominating and hints of citrus and wheat. Big on Co2. Pretty raw mouthfeel, lacking the esters that is hefeweizen Thin body. Pretty flavourless.

Draught at the brewpub
Muddy orange color; creamy head. The aroma is malty and spicy. Quite dry mouthfeel, strong spicy character. The final is pleasant: residual sweetness and correct bitterness.

For me the best hefe weizen i had so far. Deep almost golden colour, very stable foam. Fruity nose, very malty too, and that’s represented in the flavours too. Still there is an enormous amount of freshness. The density of the flavours is superb.

Sampled draught at the brew-pub
Amber color, light brown head. Aroma is wheaty with citrus notes. Very wheaty taste, some acid notes /citrus), light bitter aftertaste. Unspectacular wheat.
