2.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw, and fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw as well as light notes of vegetables, leading to a dry finish.

Brungult. Veldig behagelig karbonisering. God pils!

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Pours hazy golden, with a finger thick creamy head receding to lacings. Aroma is roasted malts with grain, with some light whiffs of grassy hops. Full body, with soft to average carbonation. Flavour is roasted malts with bread and toffee, as well as some herbal hops. Might be better somewhat fresher, just too bad it’s not available in that condition.

Well balanced, refreshing and full bodied pilsner. I really enjoy this kind of beer, and Lindesnes is still impressing me.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle from Meny Manglerud enjoyed at home
Deep orange, white head. Smell of fruity malts, spices, some fruits, nice malts. Moderate sweet, quite fruity, some malts, dsark fruits, some yeast flavors in the back. Moderate bitter, spicy tail. A very nice lager, but not a pilsener in my opinion

14.06.2014. 0,5 l Bottle. Thanks to Steinar R!!! Golden colour with white head. Unclear with pretty much residue. Aroma is malty with a spicy herbal touch. Rather much flavours of hops for a pilsner. But I like it! Its not so fresh but there is a lot of good hoppy flavours. Spises, herbs and some kind of yellow straw. There is also something that I think is yeast notes. Aftertaste is soft with good carbonation. This is not the typical Norwegian pilsener. Its better than that.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Medium offwhite head. Clear amber body with light carbonation.
Earthy dusty peas aroma with herbal buttery rye crisp bread
notes. Fruit, too. Really surprisingly rich aroma. Sweetish
and faintly dry dusty herbal taste with rye crisp bread notes.
Mid-bodied. Mild, soft, smooth mouthfeel. Dryish spicy herbal
peas aftertaste with dusty wooden oily notes. Very very nice.
Highly drinkable, full of flavour, and very harmonic. I need to
retaste the Lillehammer Pils now, because this is a worthy
contender. No longer sure what’s the best pilsner in
Norway. (0.5l bottle, from wine monopoly, Vika, Oslo.)
