Bottle.Pours cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma of spices, hops, grass and malt.Flavor is sweet and fruity with some bitterness and floral hops. Medium body, average carbonation. Nice, drinkable beer.

Bottle. Deep golden colour with an off- white head. Aroma is berries, flower, malt, hop. Flavour is dry, berries, flower, hop, spices, grass. Careful nice pilsener.

Hazy brown colour with an off white head. Sweet and grassy aroma. Very dominant grassy flavour. Hoppy and yeasty. I think I should have left most of the sediment in the bottle.

Bottle shared @ Cardinal, Stavanger. Something must have gone awfully wrong during fermentation. It looks like a pilsner, but smells and tastes like a strange weizen. Somehow there is a aroma and taste that resembles to german wheat beers, but not in a good way. Could not finish the glass.

500 ml bottle kindly shared by gunnar. Pours cloudy golden with a creamy, white film. Hops, malts, cereal, barnyard, horse piss and concentrated animal fodder (kraftfór) on the nose. Unfortunately the aromas are present during the bitter sweet tasting drink. Full bodied leaving the tongue dry. Thoroughly unpleasant.

500 ml bottle, thanks to gunnar. ABV is 4.7%. Some sediment in the bottle. Hazy golden colour, large white head. Sweetish aroma and flavour of not-very-successful homebrewed pilsener, grassy, yeasty and woody notes. Decent hops in the finish. Overall not good enough, for a new microbrewery aiming to build a reputation.

Bottle. An unclear one, golden in color and with a minimal off-white head. The aroma has a dusty touch, along with fruityenss from apples, galia melon and some orange. A touch of flowers, elderflower springs to mind, some grassy notes too. The flavor is lightly bitter, at sufficient levels. Some pale malts, with fruityness dominating. Medium body, pleasant carbonation. A pleasant beer in some ways, not very pilsner-like, but sure drinkable. 120224

Pours hazy deep golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt and fruity, floral hops. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter. Body is medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Bottle from Mannen, Mandal. Pours hazy golden with a small off-white head. Weak malty aroma. Taste is moderate sweet malty initially before a rather unpleasant harsh bitterness which camouflages the malty sweetness completely. Resiny finish, I cant think this is intended by the brewer.

500 ml bottle. Almost clear golden body with a nice, creamy white head. Aroma is grassy hops and mild grain/malt. Flavor is mild and clean malt, slightly fruity and pleasant bitterness for the style. Medium body. A nice pilsner, feels soft and clean, lively carbonation.
