On tap @ Crowbar. It actually is a reddish looking one this. Deep amber and quite cloudy in the glass with a nice lasting creamy yellow-beige head. On the nose this has a fair amount of red berries blended with a wet grassy kinda silo grassy thing. Oh, it’s quite on the sweeter side of the scale this. In the mouth it’s definitely well carbonated and it has a oily mouthfeel. Kinda needle - herby in a way? Lots of pine bitterness. Sweet concentrated berries definitely located here, as is a mild roastiness. A nice alco warmth gives this another’s dimension. The more time it gets in the glass the more it opens up turning almost in to a flavor bomb. Is this some sort of American strong ale? It sure tastes like that, and I quite like American strong ales. 25.05.2014

On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Deep red / ruby colour, moderate off-white head. Moderate aroma of spicy hops. Smooth flavour, not too sweet, very drinkable. Spicy, earthy, resinous and grapefruity hops throughout, with a solid bitterness in the aftertaste. Sufficient malts in the background. Very good.

On tap at Cardinal during Lindheim tasting session. Clear ruby colored body with a dense light brown head leaving excellent lacing. Tropical dried fruits, salty sprucy hops, raisins, rock sugar on the nose. Salty, fruity, sprucy, malty flavors. Full bodied and smooth. Pleasant finish. Dry tongue with aromas still playng on it.
