Cask at the Sair Inn, Linthwaite on 19th February 2011. Pale yellow with a white head. Citric and yeast notes in aroma then quite citric lemony main kick. Slightly grainy, bumpy texture. Lemony finish.

Cask Handpump at the Sair Inn, Linthwaite 09/12/2006 Hop and fruit aromas. Clear golden coloured with a grapefruit flavour. Hoppy. Crisp and slightly bitter malt finish.
