2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20 MMR (270) - NETHERLANDS - JUL 28, 2011
Not at all a bad low-alcoholic beer, has a nice grassy, slightly bitter but refreshing taste and is nice balanced with the higher water percentage.

Very clear light yellow color, about 1cm white head. Smells not appealing, I don’t really want to take a sip. Very watery taste, very low carbonation.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 chriso (7254) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAY 11, 2011
UPDATED: AUG 30, 2012 From bottle at De Pilsener Club, Amsterdam on 9 April 2011. OK, I should have examined the chalk board more closely before ordering this. Only after it arrived did I see the words "Blond" "2.0%" and "Mild Bier" on the label. Well I guess one can’t accuse them of false descriptions. It is blond, it is weak and it is mild. Very mild. So mild that it hardly made any impression at all. Too bland and innocuous to be too actively offensive. On the plus side it is marginally better than some of the (few) low alcohol abominations from the UK that I’ve tried.
1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20 deanso (3193) - the Hague, NETHERLANDS - APR 2, 2011
33cl bottle.
White head. Pale blond colour. Not much to it but not a bad beer
1.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 3/20 erickok (2282) - Tours, FRANCE - MAR 4, 2011
Very clear, golden-ish body and small pearl white head. Little aroma but some grassy hops can be found. Mostly, however, it is soapy and soy sauce-like. Surprisingly it tastes worse: dry and watery. I know it’s a low alcohol beer so I don’t expect a fll, fatty taste but this lacks any character. Actually the aftertaste that is typically aspartan-like dry says it all. Horrible.

Bottle @ home. Pale golden pour, small head.
Aroma is malt, faint hop and metal.
Flavour is watery malt with faint hop. Overall it’s a meh, but okay for the abv I guess.
1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 bhensonb (8991) - Woodland, California, USA - APR 14, 2010
Bottle from the Deen market in Volendam. Pours like a Heineken. Smells more bready than a Heineken. Unpleasant paper/grain flavor. Why? Is this a popular flavor?
