LInox Cuvée Spéciale (Mild Ale)

Orange amber ale with a thick off white head. Caramel and butterscotch aroma, with fruity esters. A thin beer with sweet caramel malt and English hops, lightly carbonated from casking. Quaffable. Cask, Oct. 7, 2006.

The color is brown, it has a nutty aroma of malt. The flavor is of fruit it has a mild bitter taste. The brewmaster does not know if he will make it again, but I hope he does, it is for me their best so far.

Bu sur place (20 oz), elle n’a pas de nom comme les autres et le maître-brasseur (qui était sur place et ma dit quelle style la est) ne sais pas s’il va le rebrassé. Belle brune acajoux, beau collet beige. Arome de noisette et de fruit sûrette plaisant, faible amèrturme. Goût de fruit sûrette très plaisant et doux.
