LInox Trouble-Fête

Draught at ’Linox’, Quebec City. Pours a hazy yellow-orange with a small diminishing white head. Pleasant enough aroma of light spices, fruit,yeast and some light sweetness. Flavour follows the aroma but is watery and overly mild with not much of a finish. Average bodied. It’s alright, I’ve certainly had worse but this is simply an average version of the style.

En fût directement à la micro brasserie. La bière se présente avec une couleur paille extrêmement trouble et une mousse blanche fugace. Au nez on fait connaissance avec des arômes de citron, de lime, de blé et de mangue. En bouche le corps est moyen avec une effervescence faible-moyenne. On goute le blé en force suivit d’agrumes, de mangue et de levure.

Robe blonde voilée surmontée d’une mousse blanche qui persiste. Arômes d’agrumes et de pêches. Saveurs de pêches et de levure.

Pale yellow color with white head. Sweet aroma of citrus and coriander. The taste is of fruit wich makes it very refreshing. Just not my style of beer.

Hazy golden yellow body with a small white head. Fruity esters and mild yeast in the aroma. Fruity flavour with an unexpected touch of peach. Average palate. Pleasantly quaffable but dull.
