Oct 6, 2006 Pale yellow color with white head. Sweet aroma of citrus and coriander. The taste is of fruit wich makes it very refreshing. Just not my style of beer.

May 1, 2006 Hazy golden yellow body with a small white head. Fruity esters and mild yeast in the aroma. Fruity flavour with an unexpected touch of peach. Average palate. Pleasantly quaffable but dull.

Jul 28, 2005 Very pale even for a wit. Cloudy. Light white head. Gingery and lemony nose, subtle yeast comes out tartish. Almost peppery yeastiness, spice oriented flavor profile, limited coriander and more obvious ginger. light bodied, airy carbonation.
