Carioca :(75 cl) Un liquide embrouillé à la robe jaune pâle. Une mousse blanche et sa dentelle qui décore la paroi. Un nez de blé et de malts pâles avec des parfums d’herbes et de lointaines notes de pamplemousse. Des saveurs surettes et amères qui proviennent de l’union des houblons et du blé. Un pétillement élevé dans un corps plutôt fin. Une texture qui n’en souffre pas trop. Une finale sur les agrumes : les oranges s’installent-elles sur mes papilles ou dans ma tête? Appréciable!

Bottle: Poured a hazy and very pale yellow color ale with a small pure white foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of light coriander and orange peel with light wheat malt notes. Taste is a mix between some light coriander notes with some refreshing orange peel notes and some medium wheat malt notes. Body is bit too light for the style with good carbonation. This one is lacking both body and spices. Curious about this new Belgian brewery but this one came short.

Bottled. An unclear yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of coriander, malt, wheat, hops, and other spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, wheat, eggs, straw, and spices, leading to a dry wheaty finish.

Bottle at Chez Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Cloudy yellow - white head. Orange, citrus, candlewax, gunpowder, light flowery, wheaty, light hoppy, light crispy notes.

Fruity aroma of citrus, hops and wheat with skunky notes.
Fruity flavour of citrus and hops with notes of wheat.
Hoppy finish.

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, citrusy and mellow yeasty. Smooth fruity and light citrousy. Fruity, light estery to phenolic. Smooth fruity and crisp hoppy into a medium dry finish.

Hazy pale yellow with a medium, creamy, white head. Aroma is sweet, grassy, wheat, light grapefruit, Light coriander. Medium carbonation, fairly dry mouthfeel, light creamy. Flavour is dry, wheaty sweet, some coriander, good dryness in the finish. Light grainy and dry bitterness. Lovely wit.

Cloudy orange beer, white creamy head, unstable, bit ahdesive. Aroma: lots of citrus fruit and sweet exotic fruit. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter hoppy start, citrus fruits, bitter lime, overall slightly sour. Aftertaste: bitter ending, citrus, lime, very nice hopped. However hard to tell this is a witbier.
