COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with American Amarillo.

Dark brown/black colour. Brown foam. Full body. Complex aroma of roasted malts, dark chocolate and coffee. Hoppy bitter finish. Very good Belgian imperial stout.

Dark (black) beer with a brown head. Smell gives away hints of roasted malt. Taste is slightly bittersweet with touches of coffee.

Bottle @ Too many Geuze’s - only one toilet , Ulfborg 2012. Brownblack color, with a dense large foamy brown head. Roasted malt aromas, chocolate, some hops. Taste is more complex than the aroma, roastd malts, chocolate, caramel, hoppy, bitter aftertaste. Quite tasty.

Pours in black body with creamy tan to brown head, long lasting. Aroma is roasty, little bit smoky, hints of coffee. Taste is roasty quite heavily, low sweetness with higher bitterness. Body is flat , medium with low watery body.

Black pour with a tan head. The aroma is full of licorice, chocolate and roasted malt. The flavor has some ash notes as well as some chocolate and roasted malt. Thick mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Bottle 750ml. Pours black with medium light brown head. Aroma is of spices, chocolate, coffee, fruits. Taste is of old cold coffee, ashes, alcohol, sugar, weird bitterness. Palate: Full bodied. Overall: "ok". Not really complex. Slight freezer aroma.

pours clear dark brown with a very nice light beige head, good retention and lacing. brandy and cognac-soaked fruits - berries and coffee berries, very spicy - peppers, vegetal too, stale coffee and hops, perfumy, artificial berry aroma, roasted malts, belgian fruitiness and spiciness, very ashy too. moderate carbonation, medium body - oily, dry bitter coffee and long resinous awkward finish. expires this december - not a good idea for this hoppy ris - if i had known..

Black in the glass. Nice holding head. Decent brew but a slight sourness that ruines it a bit. Also the texture a bit to watery for me.
