Pint glass from tap. Taps a clouded gold with a reddish-orange tint to it, relatively lively carbonation, puffy long lasting cap that laces the glass sides. Aroma is of biscuit malt, grassy hops and a light tart fruit undertone...very demure in the nose. Up front this is dry and spritzy with a nice hop and tart fruit "bite" but as it lingers on the palate the biscuit malt comes through...finishes dry and lightly tart with a nice bicuity aftertaste. Nice summer wheat with fruit...comes off well in its presentation and is very drinkable. The brewer says they used 450lbs of blue berries in this brew but it did not translate into an overpowering obnoxious fruit taste...very demure and understated fruit presence...well done.!
