Bottle. Hazy gold with a small head. Aromas are corn with butter, some salt and metal. A bit skunky. Flavours are biscuit with grain, some caramel, also. Dry and fairly malty. Some citrus zest towards the finish. Slightly better than I expected.

Pours gold with a white head. Smells of dry malt, some peppey hints, earthy. Tastes lightly fruity with some sweet caramel hints.

Bomber poured a clear gold with a lingering ring of white foam. Aromas of bread dough, light skunk and a hint of spice. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of straw, light citrus and a hint of spice with a crisp lingering funky finish.

Bottle picked up Sri Lanka by Loz’s parents Mid gold in colour with tight white fizzy head. A flourish of bitter lager hops initially that quickly subsides to reveal a sweet, soft tasting lager, not bad but can become tiresome.

Skinnyviking (5712) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JUL 21, 2007
Bottle. Medium high fluffy and quickly disappearoíng jhead. Clear golden body. Sprry mates one more of thse "muddy waters" aromaed beers. Non-interesting baarley malt with hay or may strraw notes. I do not like it. Flavor might be ruinned by corn or rice´, I am not sure. One more beer to sewer (wonder if tis verb exists) suickly. Waste of money. High carbonation (bad). Short aftertasste (good here).

Bottle as Sinha lAger from the LCBO, shared with Mabel. Crisp golden yellow, small white head. Grainy grassy aroma is a bit wonky. Thin flavour, light grassy bitterness is almost unpleasant. Average palate. A large disappointment after trying the stout!

A light lager than really does not stand out from the crowd. Tastes decent enough on a hot Sri Lankan afternoon, after climbing, and climbing, and climbing to all the Buddhist sites.

Radek Kliber (5308) - Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), POLAND - NOV 4, 2006
Botlle.LCBO Sold as Sinha Lager 4.8%. Slight of-wet cloth aroma, grainy. Nice large pour, white snowy thick top. Clear gold. Thin bodied with light shadow malt character. So thin I can taste the mineral touch of water that was used to brew this lager. Very thin finish. Rice, maybe hint of corn. Hard to believe this is 12 P (beer listed as almost 5 %). Poor choice.
