COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Lionshead Light, a light American lager, is crisp, clean and slightly dry with some residual sweetness. It is lighter in body than our Lionshead. We use the finest American two-row and six-row barley and corn.

You can’t beat the price of this beer. $10 for a case of bottles. It’s very drinkable and you can’t really tell much difference from the non-lite lionshead.

a lighter and a bit more watery then the original lionshead. drinkable and cheap, I’d take this over most macro lights.

A tad-bit more flavor than light beers from the big three breweries, but not much, very fizzy & watery, very light in the body, pale straw color with virtually no head & no lacing, very bland flavors, only a slight zing of hops in the finish, other than that this is just carbonated & fizzy water

Easy drinking and cheap at only $9.99 a case, this is a local beer that offers an equivelant taste at a more appealing price.

Let’s start with the facts, the whole case was 10 bucks. It comes in a plain white box that only has the name and brewer on it. Out of a bottle, light golden color. Aroma lightly hopped. Flavor was light hops, not too much noticeable in way of adjuncts. Palate was ok, a very drinkable beer. Superb for the money.

My friend hosts an annual "white trash picnic" and I like to bring an appropriate beer to the BBQ. In the past its been PBR tall boys but this year Lionshead caught my eye at the beer distributor. Cases of Lionshead and Lionshead Light 12 NR bottles were going for $10.64 a case. I picked up one of each for the party. Lionshead Light gave off a cabbage aroma, a bubbly brew with a light yellow body, and a thin head. Bland flavor the type BMC light beer drinkers love. Lionshead Light was a hit with the ladies and the Miller Lite drinkers at the party. Puzzles under the bottle caps were an added bonus and promoted group discussion. Lion Brewery has not re-invented light beer, but brewed a passable 120 calorie beer for under $11 a case. Your non-beer geek friends will drink it.

This is my favorite light beer to buy, for other people to drink. It has more of a flavor then key light and coors light, but i dotn think this beer has much of a place off of a college campus. The light seems to have more of a flavor then the regular lionshead

I have to say that this is the best $10 case of bottled beer that’s out there. There is no comparisson to Bud or Miller - this is actually drinkable. I would compare it more to Yuengling than to that other crap. Don’t get me wrong - it’s not on the level with a Yards or Victory microbrew - but it doesn’t intend to be. If you’re looking for a cheap but drinkable beer - this is it.

Bottle from Epps, Limerick, PA. Pale gold pour with fizzy, quickly fading white head. Some hopcit and thiol aromas. Watery in body, with slight hopcit flavors. Another non-descript light beer, but this one has slightly more substance than the BMC offerings.
