COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A college favorite, Lionshead carries the traditional lion symbol painted on the outside of The Brewery since the early days of brewing in Wilkes-Barre. It is a crisp, clean, easy drinking American lager-pilsner style beer made with the finest American malts, corn, and hops.

On tap at Warrior Dash, Skirmish, PA. Straw yellow color. Big soapy white head. Minimal grain aroma with a lemon and cereal flavor. Not much to say about it.

Pours super clear, light golden with a small white head. Aroma is of malts, corn and a little bit of hops. Taste is light and smooth, lots of malts with some corn and earthy tones and a small (tiny) hop finish. Not bad for 99 cents!

This is a pale lager for places that don’t want to serve InBev products and seem craftier. Slightly more taste than those two but not by much.

Bottle. Pours clear gold. White head. Nose of pale malt, honey and apple skin. Taste of watered down sweet malts and apple skin. Odd.

12oz Can. Virtually no aroma with a very weak watery pilsner taste. Not the most enjoyable beer but is cheap and goes down smooth.

A - Pours light gold and fairy clear. Lots of carbonation and some light head that fades pretty fast. S - Pretty light smell of grain and a tiny hint of malt. T - Malty and grainy for the most part. There is not much to taste outside those elements. A little bit sweeter than expected overall. M - Fairly light, bordering on watery. Also, fairly carbonated. D - Very smooth and light overall, so it is very easy to drink, and multiple in a sitting would not be the unreasonable in the least. Serving type: can

Pretty rad label on this bottle from Sam’s in Durham, which earns an extra point on appearance. Otherwise, it’s a piss-looking pale lager that tastes like... a piss-looking pale lager. Corn. Lots of corn.
