@ Zly Casy - I have this down as a 10, which means that 5% is way too high. Light golden. Canned mushroom nose. Buttery, rancid and just generally not good. Funky butter. Brutal.

Draft @ Zly Casy. Warm gold with thick head. Earthy and mushroomy aroma, carrying through to the flavors, which have strong Shitake and Chinese mushroom qualities. But not as good.

On tap at Zlý Časy, Praha. Golden coloured, medium sized white head that went away slowly, slight dusty yeasty nose. Sweet malty, moderate hoppy and yeasty with strong bitterness in the finish.

Bottled. Cloudy golden, small head. Perfumy nose. Dryish with rounded mouthfeel. Salty hops sets in early to give powerful bitterness. Fairly ligt and with diminished hop aroma.

(Draught at Pivovarsky Klub, Prague, 23 July 2008) Golden amber colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with lots of toffee, slightly yeasty, solid malt aroma with grassy hops and hints of gooseberries. Malty taste with notes of toffee, fresh grassy hops and a slightly grainy finish. Brilliantly constructed and complex. Excellent, classy pilsener. More of this please!
