Aug 17, 2008 Had this one on draught at the brewpub in Hays, Kansas. Clear, medium brown pour with a lacy white head, piney and flowery hoppiness in the nose, very, very strong! Awesome complicated and alcoholic. Delicious. Perhaps the finest IIPA I’ve had this year.

Aug 4, 2008 Oh my let me thank my soldier for picking up 64oz of refreshment. Poured a nice amber color almost ice yea color. a nice white head roughly 1/4 in lacing all on the glass.you can smell the hops this was all around great beer.

Aug 3, 2008 Pours a deep amberish burgundy with a small off white head and tons of sticky lacing. Soapy citrus hop nose, really rich malty texture. Simple and well balanced. One of the best beers from the trip.
