Off the tap, half finger of head with a clear, dark straw body. Smell is solid citrus and pine. Taste has a nice balance to it with good bitterness and malt backbone. The hops are there but not overwhelming. Smooth texture for an IPA. Fairly low carbonation and medium body. A solid IPA and easy to drink.

Draft - Pithy grapefruit. Clear pale gold with a decent white head. Pithy pink grapefruit, with some floral notes and a pretty clean dry finish.

Light, clear, and crisp. Subtle aromas but with a nice, sharp citrus bitterness. Tried with the parents at Lb in Dec, 2013.

Tap @ Liquid Bread. Pours a bit hazy dark golden appearance with a creamy off white head. Spicy herbal, somewhat floral, earthy hoppy aroma. Moderately bitter, potpourri floral, a bit grainy, fairly dry flavor. Carbonation seemed a bit low. Decent.

Tap at LB in Hays, KS. Clear straw, okay white lacing. Nose is pineapple, mild salt and vinegar. Taste is nutty, sharper overboiled hops. Good mouthfeel; spicy. Just a tad too rustic grain with bitter root.

On tap at the brewery. Comes a darker gold with a small white head. Aroma of citrus and pine. Taste is grapefruit, pine, and malt. A nice, easy to drink IPA.

Tap - fair size foamy head, medium straw/gold color, nice size grapefruit hop aroma and flavor, not much malt backbone - pretty good overall

Nice amber brown color. Mouth feel was on the watery side. Flavor was sweet caramel, malt & bitter floral hops. This is the least citrusy IPA that Iíve ever tasted... which was a good thing for me. Aftertaste was bittersweet wheat or some sort of grain
