12 oz. can. Pours a reddish-gold color with an off-white head that’s about a half-inch thick settling to a film leaving nice lacing. Aroma is sticky sweet with some pine hops. Mouthfeel is thin, malt is the leader with the hops in the background. Sweet finish. Ok.

Can to shaker glass. Pours clear deep amber, two finger quick head. some lacing, little retention. Aroma is light citrusy, some caramel. Taste is mainly sweet malts with just enough hops to hold it together. Medium bodied, average carbonation, mouth feel is a little thin. Finishes dry. Tasting notes of toffee, caramel, plum, grass. Interesting. It’s OK.

Can’t believe I haven’t rated this before. A solid amber ale with a nice mixture of caramel sweetness and hop bite. A go to of mine.

Tap at the brewery. Pours clear amber with a medium, frothy off-white head, medium retention with good lacing. Aroma is toast and cookie malt, dates, earthy and spicy hops. Flavor is malt dominant, medium hops and bitterness with a dry finish. Medium body and carbonation.

Pours a dark amber color with a creamy off-white head. Aroma of caramel, toffee, and toasted malt. Sweet flavor with caramel and toffee with some grain and touch of hops. Nice beer!

Can from Whole Foods. Copper pour with vcaramel and hopcitru in the nose. Tastes fairly well balanced, with hops and more malt in the finish. Medium to light palate complexity.

Deep amber body, medium sized off-white head, soapy lacing. Caramel and toffee notes dominate, followed by light piney and resinous hop notes. Medium bodied, a tad sweet, mild bitterness, rounded, muddled finish.

Absolutely beautiful. Reddish brown with a big white head. The aroma has caramel and grass with some sweet malt. The flavor is a bit sweet with the caramel. A little thin. Decent summer beer.
