COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A simple, yet flavorful strawberry wheat which we like to think of as our gateway brew to the wonderful world of craft beers. From summertime lawn parties to beautiful spring weddings, our Schweet Ale has made an appearance in all facets of the beer drinking world. We delicately utilize Cascade and Centennial hops so as to not overcome the underlying strawberry finish. A hearty grain bill of carefully selected grains ensures a light, golden color with a full, sweet flavor guaranteed to satisfy an array of palettes from the novice beer sipper to the veteran brewmeister.

Lightly hazy golden colored body, medium to thin white head and spotty lacing. Jolly Rancher-like strawberry candy notes and light grainy cereals. Medium to light bodied, moderate carbonation, and an artificial sweetness. For the style (strawberry-wheat "beginner" beer), it was decent.
