3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Draft: This is very good... but I much prefer the barrel aged versions to the normal. Itís big and sweet, which isnít necessarily my thing at all. So take that into account with my rating of this.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Sampler from bottle at 2014 Price Hill Beer Fest, tasted on February 16, 2014. Medium copper/amber color, strong bourbon/spicy aroma, smooth but assertive malt/spice/cinnamon taste. Delicious brew.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draft at Listermann. Pours a clear copper orange with a small off-white head that laces the glass. Aroma of cinnamon raisin bread, brown sugar, toasted and caramel malts. Flavor is the same. The cinnamon seems more subtle here than in the barrel aged version. Light-medium bodied, with moderate carbonation and a sweet, dry, mildly spicy mouthfeel. Good winter beer.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Taster, from draft. Clear copper color. Good creamy khaki head. That saigon cinnamon is clear in the nose. Smooth lighter carbonation. Dry texture, medium to bigger body. Long cinnamon spice aftertaste. More bitter taste. The focus on the cinnamon here gives this beer an enjoyable, not-messy unified direction.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draft at Listermann. Pours a copper color with a medium sized ecru colored head. The aroma was toasted bready malts, cinnamon, light caramel, clove, mild sweetness and a hint of alcohol. The flavor had dry toasted bread, caramel, cinnamon, and cloves. I tend to like my winter warmers to be a bit bigger than this, but it is not bad for what it is.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
On tap at the brewery. They had a cinnimon shaker on the bar so i took advantage and shook some over the head. Nice spicey nose even before I but the extra cinnimon on it. This is a great winter warmer, even in July. Cinnimon, white sugar sweetness, and clove. A great surpirse for Christmas in July. Very nice spiced beer.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft. Poured a hazy dark copper color with an average fizzy light brown head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate to heavy earthy soice, fruit and yeast aroma. Medium to full body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy spice sweet flavor with a medium to heavy spice sweet finish of moderate to long duration. I agian would recommend this to a friend.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draft to taster at the release party. Looks solid and smells pretty good; Belgian and spice. Tastes pretty good too; much like it smells with a solid mouthfeel. Pretty good.
