pours black brown with khaki head.smells of chocolate, heavy roast for porter. Taste is bitter chocolate, bittering from roasted grain too. Mostly all chocolate, the roast seems to kill any fruit out what little hops there are. Ok but not solid.

Well it is black in color but it is a watery looking black. Smell slight of toffee and coffee but it smell watered down. The taste the same, I hope I got a bad batch because it has potential but seems watered down.

A dark brown body, tan head and good lacing. Aroma was lighty roasty and sweet. Taste was medium bodied, some chocolate and a bit of roas - ended up tasting like a semi-sweet chocolate. Finish was dry, but not very hoppy.
