COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewer favorite! This is our hoppiest beer of our flagships. English hops are used with a dash of American hops creating a wonderful hint of citrus complexity. Complimented by a mild, sweet yet full body with the slightest hint of caramel. A well-balanced IPA. Cheers! ABV: 6.6% IBU’s: 62

Pours a lightly hazy golden amber with a smaller bubbly white head that laced. Aroma of lightly toasted malt with a hint of caramel, some floral and citrusy hop notes. Flavor of tea, bready malt, light caramel and light grapefruit and floral hop notes.

A middling pale ale. Has some grassy bitterness, but there is a lingering butter problem with this (and most other beers) from this brewery.

Pours mostly yellow with white head. Smell is light, sweet grain and herbal hops. Taste is earthy and grainy. Mild resinous herbal hop bite with dry finish. Nice sweet fruit, almost a strawberry like, underneath it all. I bit like an over hopped English pale.

On tap at little apple thought I got a pale ale and I was pleasantly surprised with the hoppyness of this , for 3.50 a pint it’s very good

Pint at the brewpub. Comes a light amber with a small white head. Aroma of hops and citrus. Tastes of hops and malt. Some bitterness. Not bad at all.

Sampled at the 2009 Parkville microbrew festival. Pours orange with a thin white head. This is their regular pale ale?!? This beer is thicker than many DIPAs. This is candy-sweet. lots of toffee. Thick and rich with the right level of hops for a big beer.

Nice light amber, small head with lacing on tap at the Little Apple Brew Pub. Easily the liveliest of the Little Apple Brewry’s selection, strongly hopped, moderate carbonation, slightly sweet with plenty of citrus notes. I’m not a huge IPA fan but I was impressed.

Amber color beer, sampled at the Parkville Microbeer fest. I felt like it had a toffee aroma. ?? It was sweet and yummy, with the grapefruit-evoking hops that I love. Delightful and refreshing; well done.

UPDATED: JUN 18, 2013 Sampler @ brewpub. It is a clear orange color with a lightly sticky lacing. Aroma has a touch of diacetyl with bitter, citrus hops. Flavor has less of the diacetyl coming through and a bit more sweetness from the malts. It is pretty average stuff, the diacetyl is doable. 6/3/7/3/14.

Had it again, much better, no diacetyl. Much better beer generally. 7/3/7/3/16

Tap at Midwest Brewfest.
Pours a deep amber with a leafy apple aroma. Flavor is tangy autumn grapefruit. Thick, pleasing mouthfeel. Nice beer.
