On Tap. Poured a hazty golden color. Aroma of malts and wheat. Taste is ok but not one of the best wheats i’ve had.

On tap. Pours a lightly hazy pale straw yellow with a thin, quickly diminishing white head. Aroma is slightly faint yet pungent with tart lemon and grassy hops. Flavor is grassy-tart up front followed by a crisp, earthy medium hop biterness and a crisp dry grainy finish. Light mouthfeel with a thinnish palate. An Ameican wheat that seeks to neither challenge nor offend one’s tastebuds, and generally succeeds on both counts.

Light and thin overall. Not much too this wheat, but some simple lemongrass aromas, light acidity, a light bit of herbal hoppiness, and some lightly toasted cereal maltiness.

UPDATED: SEP 18, 2006 Bright gold body that is slightly hazy with a thin white head. The aroma is very light lemon with not much else to smell. The taste has lemon drops with some grass. Refreshing and good for the style.

Good flavor, makes the glass happy to hold the beer. also the initial taste and the aftertaste are pleasing for the drinker. Having only one locations makes it hard to find. One could say that one of the founders being from Engand brought his love of beer with him. The Little Apple Brewing Company is a nice resturant ins a amall Kansas town hosting a Big 12 team.
The quality of Wildcat wheat is my favorite however the selections at the pub makes a good choise for all tastes.

This wheat is pale gold; light and thin, but has a nice crispness and a spicy pepper finish that kept me interested.

Typical wheat appearance and aroma. Crisp and refreshing. Seemed to be a bit more hoppy than other American wheats. An OK American wheat.
