The Brewers favorite, our stout is made with a special blend of six different malts and hops from the Pacific Northwest. We then use nitrogen carbonation to create a rich and creamy brew with a wonderful roasted flavor.

Sickeningly sticky beer. An incredible amount of caramel and butter in what should be a beer dominated by its chocolate or coffee roastiness. I had trouble finishing it.

Had this beer every time I have visited the brewpub and its never been off, which is something very special for this brewery. Looks great off nitro, adds a thickness to the mouthfeel I donít get much from their other beer. Plenty of roast a unsweetened cocoa and all very drinkable. If you only get one beer here make it this one.

Pours black with frothy tall nitro head. Smell is smooth and slightly sweet. Taste is mild, very light body, light sweet stout with light creamy well blended malt bill. Slightly dry bittering finish with a touch of coffee. Enjoyable overall
