3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Cask at Prince Arthur (JDW), Fleet, at 3.5% ABV. Pale amber with a loose white head; weak tropical fruit aroma; rather thin with some tropical fruit and grapefruit flavours; and a crisp citrusy finish. This doesn’t stand up to the other lowish alcohol, heavily hopped beers around nowadays.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Cask at The Swan, Bloomsbury, London. 3.5% ABV. Poured a golden/amber with a decent sized but quite short lasting white head, leaving good lacing. Aroma is sweet, well hopped, with floral notes. Medium+ sweetness with a good level of hoppy bitterness. Light/medium body, soft carbonation, texture a little sticky. Has a long bitterness to finish. For its ABV this is very good.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: APR 16, 2016 Gravity at Twickenham beer festival 2015, brown with a lasting thin head, malty and lightly aromatic, with a hint of toast. Bitter-sweet, toasty sweet malt, a little toffee, twiggy hops, distant hints of orange zest. Re-rate at the Yorkshire Grey, passionfruit on the nose, bitter-sweet and fruity, drying finish.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; dark copper pour with creamy beige head, aroma of malt and caramel, taste has some stale grainy malt, struggling to find any NZ hop character, I’ve got 8 other little beers to go hope they over deliver.

3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Cask conditioned at Egham Beer Festival #17. Gold with white head. There is a farmy, sulphery, eggy nose, which is somewhat off putting, once through this the NZ hops show through a little, kiwi fruit, bitter, apricot. Improves through the beer, ending well.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle at the ChrisO Flags of Many Nations Easter Tasting - London. Pours perfectly clear gold with a light, frothy white head. Juicy tropical fruits and citrus meander in the nose, with flourishes of mango, papaya and grapefruit. Light sweet flavor with clean and dry tropical fruits and mild pale malts. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Clean finish with lightly dried pale malts, hay, tangerine and papaya. I was a fan.
