COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Little Creatures “Bright” is a top fermented uniquely new Australian ale. As the name suggests, “Bright” is a filtered beer with a striking golden clarity in the glass. We use 4 luscious malts including Pale, Carapils, Wheat and Vienna. The beer is full flavoured whilst soft and easy on the palate making it very approachable. The alcohol is 4.5% alc/vol. Bitterness is slightly lower than our highly charged Pale Ale and is accentuated enough to balance the smooth, malty character. The hop characteristics in “Bright” is derived from the use of highly aromatic New Zealand B Saaz Flowers as well as varieties from the North West of USA. Clean, distinctive, full-flavoured, smooth and very more-ish!!

...bottle from Dan Murphy’s. Decent pour, nice golden color, but lacking in head retention. Lightly carbonated, nice and smooth hop flavor. Hints of the wheat malt, fruity notes make it a well balanced beer. Finish is slightly dry, and cleansing, with a nice aftertaste, a good beer.

Bottle (330ml). Poured a bright golden with a creamy white head which lasted very well. Aroma was of spicy hops, orange citrus, pineapple (light), and some canned peaches. Flavor was a moderate hop bitterness with some honey, citrus and notes of tropical fruit. Light to medium bodied with lively carbonation, slight watery texture and a decent finish.

Pyobon (922) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - DEC 8, 2007
Bottle. Golden yellow with loose white head that disappears quickly. Very pleasant aroma - floral, tropical fruit (passion fruit) and hops. Palate is watery with moderate carbonation. The flavour is good but doesn’t quite live up to the aroma. It has the floral fruity foretaste with plenty of hops in the finish. A nice beer, but a little disappointing in flavour and palate.
