COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Little Creatures “Bright” is a top fermented uniquely new Australian ale. As the name suggests, “Bright” is a filtered beer with a striking golden clarity in the glass. We use 4 luscious malts including Pale, Carapils, Wheat and Vienna. The beer is full flavoured whilst soft and easy on the palate making it very approachable. The alcohol is 4.5% alc/vol. Bitterness is slightly lower than our highly charged Pale Ale and is accentuated enough to balance the smooth, malty character. The hop characteristics in “Bright” is derived from the use of highly aromatic New Zealand B Saaz Flowers as well as varieties from the North West of USA. Clean, distinctive, full-flavoured, smooth and very more-ish!!

Another Aussie favourite. Clear, golden beer. Little to no head like most beers down under, but a refreshing flavour.

An excellent beer. Particularly appropriate for summer, a very floral nose with late hits of citrus. Taste is lighter and less dense than other similar ales. The real strength of this beer is the subtle combination of aromas with a light, fleeting taste of lemon. Not a winter nights beer, but delicious for sunny days.

Light, golden color when poured. Has a strong but not overpowering fruity smell. A really good mix between fruitiness, hops and malts for taste. Is light on for bitterness, and is overall very smooth. A very refreshing, easy to drink beer.

330ml bottle @ Australian - Sydney. Pale golden colour poured with a thin head. Fruity nose with some grassy notes too. Relatively dry, nice hop balance. Nice finish.

Tasted 11/09/2009. 330ml bottle, 6 of them to be sure. Not a bad wee golden ale with tropical fruit, stonefruit, and a low key. Clean with a nice balance of malt with hop flaour and bitterness (but not quite enough of any of those characters!). Improves a lot as it warms and lets out soe of those flavours.

Dec 31, ’09. Tap at some beachside bar in Sydney. I’m becoming a little creatures fanboy, I fear. I really quite like this one and have say it’s sorely underrated here. Lovely, easy-drinking golden ale, beautiful in a clear and sparkling way if you like that sort of thing, nice white head. Rather heavily carbonated. A well-blended combination of passionfruit hop flavors and biscuit malts; extremely drinkable with enough going on to remain interesting. As I drink this thing, all I can do is think how superbly crafted the beer is within its style. Lovely.

Aroma: light scotch finger biscuits with a nice hint of passionfruit and a little hop. Appearance: orange amber perfectly clear with nearly no head. Flavour: sweet malty and well balanced with passionfruity hops. Better drunk at higher temps IMO (nearly always for me with any brew.) Palate: thin and drinks really clean. I actually really liked this and would probably think it’s fantastic if it came with the yeast.
