3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
UPDATED: AUG 22, 2006 Bottled. Large frothy head that lasted a decent amount of time, over a golden marmalade coloured liquid. Aromas of apples and ginger in addition to the usual passionfruit/lychee. Trails of tiny bubbles speed their way to the top of the glass to prop up the falling head. The initial flavour is sweet and only slightly bitter, although the finish tends towards bitter. Great beer this. Probably the best Australian beer available throughout the country (and internationally).

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Citrussy and hoppy all in one blast. Quite refreshing and crisp, would be perfect for a warm summers day.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
(33cl from Tight; BBD: Feb 21st 2014) Pours semi clear golden with white head. Good retention and lace. Aroma is subdued, faded hops with hints of citrus fruits. Oily texture, medium bodied, soft carbonation and slightly dry finish. Flavour has a moderate bitterness. Ok, but most likely too old as the aroma is nothing like the galaxy driven pale ales Iíve brewed myself.

330ml bottle from Drinkerís Paradise, London. Has a promising fragrant elderflower aroma, continuing into the taste with a vague pot pourri to the citrus. Very nice.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
This crazy beer poured a cloudy orange colour, with two fingers of white head. The head slowly faded to nothing. There was no carbonation to speak of.
The smell was sweet with a touch of citrus.
I loved the taste of this beer, it tasted rich & earthy with a lingering bitterness.
Iíd heard a lot about this beer & it lived up to itís reputation.
