I love this brewery, they have such fresh and lively beers. Crisp, fruity and floor less aroma.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle, 0.33l. Hazy pale amber color with medium creamy off-white head and good lacing. Aroma of tropical fruits, citrus, bread and honey. Taste starts with moderate sweet and smooth maltiness, following is fresh fruity and herbal, mouthfeel is pretty dry, while finish is medium bitter. Medium body, creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. Finally, good Aussie brew...

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Aroma is dominated by the hops, with grapefruit, grass and citrus notes as well as a slight malty character. These carry through to the taste profile, a well balanced sweetness to go with the hop character and alcohol content. Medium bitter finish is slightly harsh, with a pine character. Disappointing head retention, but from bottle to glass on a hot day will do that, otherwise looks great cloudy copper/ orange with right white head. Great beer.

4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
The aroma is clearly from lots of American hops, citrus and pine. Color is slighly cloudy and golden. The bottle says pale ale, but to me it has almost enough hops to call it an IPA. But with an ABV of 5.2% it is clearly a pale ale. Body is very light, not a lot of malt flavor. Easy to drink.
I really enjoyen this beer, might be one of my favorite and would be happy to have a few more of these.

4.9 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 20/20
Wow, what a great surprise! Poured this at a good temperature with a colossal, foamy, frothy, fluffy, cream-colored, head that lasts and last and loads of lace. Color is a slightly hazy amber with lots of bubble trails. Aroma is mainly a resin hop with a bit of citrus, malt, bread dough. Flavor’s like nose, tang in front, fairly dry, bitter not too strong for malt. Body is perfect, chewy; carbonation spot on. Finish is like flavor, incredibly drinkable, wish I had more. Looking forward to getting some around Perth - and hell wherever I can get it. Bravo to these guys!

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
UPDATED: JAN 16, 2014 I?ve had this one alot the month I?ve been here in Australia. Pours a perfectly cloudy copper colour with a soapy white head. Looks so deliciuos! Citrus, passionfruit and grapes in the aroma, somewhat a bit faint, but still pleasant. Flavour has deep malty notes of biscuits, wood and some spruce, together with some tropical notes from the hops. Refreshing mouthfeel, medium carbonation and a medium body. A very nice and accessible beer here, I have more of this one.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle, poured into tulip glass. Lightly hazy light orange, diminutive white head. Aroma is dryish orange rind, caramel, and touches of spice and wood. Taste is sweet, big hoppy bitterness on the out. Mid bodied, mid carbonated. Goes down well.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Probably one of the best mainstream pale ales out there, hasn’t changed too much over time. Lots of floral and resinous notes. Easy drinking.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Best beer in Australia but still miles from Belgian perfection. I can actually enjoy drinking this for the flavours and tastes, not just the alcohol and water.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours a quite clear golden colour with a nice head, head dissipates rather quickly. Most of the hop aroma has faded over time, but it is not totally gone. Taste is nicely balanced on the bitter side. Overall, a great pale ale.
