Aug 15, 2009 Cask@GBBF2009. Hazy yellowish golden colour with small white head. Aroma is fruity hops along with some lemon and mild herbal notes. Flavour is quite much the same. I don’t find that much wheat in it, but if there was it would probably be a quite good belgian wit, since the rest of the elements are there...

Jun 2, 2009 Hazy yellow/orange with a white head. Crisp and slightly hoppy with nice lemon and gooseberry notes. Light and fresh. Herbal and lemony with slightly sherberty flavours and indeed the fizzy nature of sherbert. A slightly boozy lemon finish. Sweet and very drinkable.

Apr 1, 2009 Bottle (as Suma Mytholm Mist) from Church Farm Organics, Thurstatson. Poured a hazy, pale gold colour with a fast fading white head. Floral aroma with hints of nutmeg, fruit cake and clove. Pretty lively carbonation. Citrus hop flavour with a vague spiciness; seemed somehow unbalanced and a bit confused. Dryish finish.Actually quite drinkable. A wee slice of lemon made quite a difference and enhanced my enjoyment of this largely inoffensive number.

Unclear light yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate hoppy, citrus - lime acidic. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and light light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. (300708)
