A white hazy beer with aromas of coriander and lemon. Hebden’s Wheat is a refreshing drink with a fresh, classic finish.

Cask@GBBF2009. Hazy yellowish golden colour with small white head. Aroma is fruity hops along with some lemon and mild herbal notes. Flavour is quite much the same. I don’t find that much wheat in it, but if there was it would probably be a quite good belgian wit, since the rest of the elements are there...

Hazy yellow/orange with a white head. Crisp and slightly hoppy with nice lemon and gooseberry notes. Light and fresh. Herbal and lemony with slightly sherberty flavours and indeed the fizzy nature of sherbert. A slightly boozy lemon finish. Sweet and very drinkable.

Bottle (as Suma Mytholm Mist) from Church Farm Organics, Thurstatson. Poured a hazy, pale gold colour with a fast fading white head. Floral aroma with hints of nutmeg, fruit cake and clove. Pretty lively carbonation. Citrus hop flavour with a vague spiciness; seemed somehow unbalanced and a bit confused. Dryish finish.Actually quite drinkable. A wee slice of lemon made quite a difference and enhanced my enjoyment of this largely inoffensive number.

Cask (handpump) @ The Anchor Inn, Digbeth, Birmingham, England B5.
Unclear light yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate hoppy, citrus - lime acidic. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and light light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. (300708)

At the tasting session by Joes. An unclear washy yellow colored beer, with a little white head. The aroma of citrus and sour, with some hops. The taste is fresh fruity, citrus, with some spices. A little sour. A light bitter aftertaste, which disappears quickly..

[Cask at the North Wiltshire Beer Festival]. Weak bitter lemon flavours; a poor example of a style that normally I love.
