Live Oak Big Bark Amber Lager

On tap. Pours with a large off-white head, clear amber-copper. Aroma of toasted grain, light fruit and caramel. Taste is grainy, caramel, sawdust,. Light bubbles and dry mouthfeel. Decent for the style.

(Draught) pours amber with nice lasting head and lacing. Nose is sweet malt and crisp hops. Taste is very crisp, sweet malts mix well with the low amount of hops. This is like a nicer Boston Lager. Palette has a slightly odd bitter linger but still good. Enjoyable and refreshing.

Light coppery colored pour. Very mild taste. Sligt artificial grape, some molasses, little bit of packing peanuts, and burnt toast. Nose is weak pasted smells. Highly quaffable.

Had on tap @ the Flying Saucer, right before i was abducted .. . has a nice sweetness .. some honey in the mouth.. . good head, lacing is B+ .. . what a load of fun .. . live oak do good ..

Pretty amber pour. Nice flavor but it still maintained the metallic aftertaste typical of microbrews.

on tap, medium brown color with minimal head, aroma of malty caramel, flavor is malty sweet with some bitterness, light finish

Draft @ flying saucer H-town. Was called a Vienna but tasted a lot more aleish. Poured an orange. Bit of head. Some malts and a fairly strong hops finish. OK.
