Just a clean cool aroma. The color is cool, cloudy amber and the white head is self-regenerative. The taste is all toasted caraway seed. Good appetizer for dinner.

From a firkin at The Bottle Shop. Pours a hazy orange-brown color with a small white head. The aroma is very heavy on the rye with some orange and a bit of brown sugar. The flavor is is very similar. I get some toasted notes as well as a ton of rye. There is some mint, grass and earth in the flavor as well. Medium mouthfeel and low carbonation.

(draught) cloudy medium brown, ring of fine offwhite bubbles. Nose f spearmint, rye, toasty, light fruity esters. Taste of fresh cracked rye, spearmint, bit f banana and other fruits.
