COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Regular.
A classic India Pale Ale. It has a deep golden colour. Hopped four times with a blend of six different hops including Chinook and Pioneer. Packed full of bitterness

Cask (handpump) at Reading Beer Festival on 28 April 2011. Pale gold colour. Scant head and not much condition. Some good, firm, aromatic, citric hops but the flat mouthfeel held the score back somewhat. Would like to try this again in more lively condition.

Cask (handpump) @ The 17th Reading Beer and Cider Festival 2011, Reading, Berkshire England.

Clear medium yellow orange colour with a small average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to light light heavy hoppy, citrus, hop oil, orange - citrus. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, flowers - elderflowers, orange citrus hops. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. very nice ipa lots of tropical fruit on the nose easy to drink but it sneaks up on you......

Cask handpull at Reading BF 2011. Clear gold lasting white head. Some biscuit some hop. Ok strong bitter. A little empty in the malts maybe, got that boiled sweet thing going on.
