Cask at The Wilkes Head, Leek. A clear golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma of sweet grain, spicy orange, some lemon, slight ginger and floral hops. Taste is similar of fruity malt, orange, some lemon, subtle ginger, maybe some pepper and floral hops. Light bodied and a lightly oily texture. A fruity finish with a subtle floral hop bitterness in the finish. Quite a sweet, fruity beer but basic in flavours. Sessionable though.
