Commercial Description:
This cider is made with 3 different pear varieties from Husteds Farm Market-Asian, Bosque, and Bartlett. Aged 6 months in a wine barrel which gives it a tart character.

Hazy whitish pale yellow hue with just a touch of carbonation. The aroma is pear juice, heather, grassy, woody, grapey, and slightly barnyard wild yeast funk. The taste is a wonderful twangy and slightly woody expression with a hint of funky notes around the edges. A grassy and herbal finish. The mouth feel is quite refreshing. What a surprise, reminds me a lot of the day I first tasted the BA Malliot Jaune. Shocking refreshment and sublime complexity. YUMMY!!!
