Aug 13, 2006 straw color w/ a whispy white head. Fresh grass hop w/ light citrus aroma. Very light palate. Flavor is very light clean & crisp a dry grassy finish.. ok.

Apr 30, 2006 On Tap: Slightly hazed golden hue with a small head. The aroma has notes of grassy hops, hint of sweet bread, dusty yeast esters and some Diacetyl but not overwhelming. The taste has a nice sharp noble hop character with a note of citric acid twang. A clean finish and very smooth, short aftertaste and a session brew. Fresh lagers are often best and this beer is no exception.
